Chocolate Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy
- 5 ounces (141 g) organic baby spinach
- 2 cups (296 g) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- 2 medjool dates or 4 deglet noor dates
- 2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman’s Cocoa Powder or other natural cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Gluten-Free Nutty Bread

- 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
- ¾ cup arrowroot powder
- ¼ cup flax seed meal
- ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
Chesapeake Grilled Chicken

- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
