Creamy Chicken and Noodles

Blend soup, milk, Parmesan, and pepper in a large saucepan
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. Tyson Frozen Diced Chicken Breast
- 1 (10 oz. 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 T milk or half and half
- 1 T sugar
- 1 1/2 c thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 Keebler Ready-Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
- 1 c cold milk or half and half
- 2 pkg. (4 serving sizes) Jello Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/4 t ground cloves
Raspberry Marsala Trifle

Cake: Butter and flour 13x9x2 in baking pan
- Cake:
- 1 18 1/2 oz package Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter Recipe Golden cake mix
- 2/3 c dry Marsala
- Filling:
- 3 12 oz packages frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed, drained
- 3 T plus 3/4 c sugar
- 9 large egg yolks
- 1 c dry Marsala
- 1 1/2 c chilled whipping cream
- 1 1/2 pint basket fresh raspberries
Bulls' Eyes Peanut Butter Balls

- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c (16 oz.) peanut butter
- 3 c Rice Krispies
- Almond Bark
Cranberry Margarita

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake well
- Ice
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
- 1/2 c 100 percent agave tequila
- 1/2 c cranberry juice

Almond Crusted Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 400. In a med
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 L eggs
- 2 t water
- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2-2 lbs), split
- 1 1/2 c sliced almonds, broken into pieces
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 2 T canola oil
Pam's Hot Cider

Mix all together on stove
- 4 c cider
- 2 c cranberry juice
- 2 c orange juice
- 1 t whole cloves
- 1 t whole allspice
- 3 cinn sticks
- 1/2 c sugar
Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Cinnamon Sauce

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the bread and the Cinnamon Sauce
- Pudding:
- 1 1/2 c canned pumpkin
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 c half and half or light cream
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 t ground nutmeg
- 1/4 t salt
- 5 c cubed French or Italian bread (1/2 in cubes)
- Cinnamon sauce:
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 t cornstarch
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 T butter or margarine
Chicken Mozzarella

Cut chicken into serving pieces; cut each breast half into halves and remove skin
- Mozzarella Sauce:
- 2 1/2-3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c margarine or butter
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 t dried basil leaves
- 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1 T margarine or butter
- 1 T flour
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t cayenne red pepper
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/2 c half-and-half
- 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Barbecued beef brisket
