Sausage Cheese Balls

Preheat oven to 375. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients
- 2 lbs. (32 oz.) Jimmy Dean sausage, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c all-purp. baking/biscuit mix
- 16 oz/ Sharp Cheddar cheese (or 4 c shredded)
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c finely chopped celery
- 1/2 t garlic powder
Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Combine all but Fritos and broth, mix well
- 1 chicken, boiled, skinned, boned & cut to bite size
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 1 c mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 can Old El Paso Enchil. Sauce, mild
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 can chopped green chiles (optional)
- 1 pkg. dip size Fritos
- 1 c. chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350. Crumble sausage into a medium skillet
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. wonton wrappers
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c ranch dressing
Layered Mexican Dip

- 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 8 oz. can guacamole
- 1 8 oz. pkg. sour cream
- 2 tomatoes (skinned & chopped)
- 1 sm. can chopped green chiles
- 1 sm. can chopped black olives
- 1 sm. onion
- pkg grated mozarella
Peppermint Candy Cookies

1. In mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer 30 sec
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 c sifted powdered sugar
- 1 T milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 c all-purp flour
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c finely crushed striped round peppermint candies
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

- 2 bricks cream cheese
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1-2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 t pumpkin pie spice
- crisp ginger snaps
Brie with Brown Sugar and Nuts

Brie: Preheat oven 400. Stir together first 3 ingredients
- Brie:
- 1/4 c Domino Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 1 T bourbon
- 1/2 package (17-1/4 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 (13.2 oz) round brie
- Caramel Nut Sauce:
- 1/2 c cream
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 2 T light corn syrup
Black Bean Soup with Cilantro-Lime sour Cream

Place beans in large bowl
- 1 16 oz. package (about 2 1/2 c) dried black beans
- 6 bacon slices, chopped
- 3/4 c finely chopped celery
- 3/4 c " " onion
- 3/4 c " " carrots
- 3/4 c " " leeks
- 10 c canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1 L tomato, chopped
- 1 c (packed) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 c (packed) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 T minced garlic
- 1 Jalapeño chili, minced
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 2 t ground cumin
- 1 t ground coriander
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 2 t fresh lemon juice
- 2 t fresh lime juice
- Additional chopped fresh cilantro

Gooey Pecan Bars

Stir together cake mix, egg, and 1/2 c butter
- Butter Pecan cake mix (or other kind like Yellow Butter cake mix)
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz., pkg. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and allspice
- Brown sugar/Butter Frosting:
- 2 c all-purp flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t ground allspice
- 1 c butter (no subs.), softened
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 c chopped, toasted pecans
- 6 T butter
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
