use homemade goat cheese!
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3-4 c powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- pinch salt

Mix 1.5 cups warm water, yeast, and agave nectar in a bowl

- 1.5 tbsp dry active yeast

- 4 tbsp grated cheddar

Ham and cheese pie

Preheat the broiler ont he oven
- 10 large eggs
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 oz ham, chopped
- 6 oz muenster cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 bunches scallions, chopped

Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 2 sticks butter, room temp
- 1 3/4 cups sugar

Spiced apple pie

Roll out half of dough to 1/8 inch thick
- 1/4 cup flour
- double pie dough
- 4 lbs granny smith apples
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream

Banana Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together flours, salt and baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 sticks (3/4 cup) room temp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (1 large)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

- 1 lb pork spareribs
- 1 lb veal stew or chops
