Hot Buttered Cider

Hot Buttered Cider

2 qts. apple cider

juice of 2 oranges

juice of 2 lemons

15 whole cloves

6 4-inch cinnamon sticks

1 T. honey 1 T. allspice 11. cinnamon 3 T. butter





Simmer all ingredients except butter in a stockpot for 30 minutes. Strain to discard spices. Add butter; stir until melted. Serve hot. Makes about 8 senlngs.
