Maple-Bacon Upside-Down Biscuits

Tender, buttery homemade biscuits with an ooey, gooey, sweet and savory topping. Put a pot of coffee on! UPDATE: Packaged frozen biscuits also work well for this recipe. I used Mary B's Country Style brand.
