Well, this recipe is long overdue for a new photograph. I was a fledgling blogger, and can do much better than this. This recipe is so delicious, and I will make it again for better photos and to enjoy. This recipe comes from Cook's Illustrated and I've made this many times-- it's that good, and very easy to make. All the flavors work together to taste like a restaurant quality fancy meal, but it's very simple to make this Sauteed Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Apples and Sage Cream Sauce. Serve with some noodles or potatoes.
