Bill Willette's Clam Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 quart of clams (well-drained)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker meal - blue box- McCormick Golden dip
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- ** 2 pound bags clams = 1 quart

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well. Shape and place on waxed paper with more cracker meal. Fry.
1 ice cream scoop= 1 clam cake
