Ingredients

  • 1 quart of clams (well-drained)
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker meal - blue box- McCormick Golden dip
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ** 2 pound bags clams = 1 quart

Step 1

Mix well. Shape and place on waxed paper with more cracker meal. Fry.

1 ice cream scoop= 1 clam cake
