Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Greek Style Sour Cream & Nonfat Yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can (15-ounces) black beans, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10-ounces) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
