Oven Roasted Buffalo Chicken Wings

These Buffalo Wings are easy to make for the next big game, or just because you get a craving for some spicy wings with blue cheese!
Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion power
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- BUFFALO SAUCE
- 8 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce (Frank's is the brand used in Buffalo)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Put all wing ingredients except chicken wings in a bowl and mix well -- soy sauce, garlic powder, olive oil, onion powder and salt.
Pour over chicken wings and make sure chicken wings are well covered. Place the wings on foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
While the wings are baking, mix the ingredients for the Buffalo sauce.
Remove from oven and place in large serving bowl and pour Buffalo sauce over wings.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese salad dressing
