Ingredients
- 1 gallon water
- 1 ounce chicken base or bouillon
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 pound chicken breast meat cooked, diced
- 1 pound tiny meatballs
- 1 cup long-broken spaghetti cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add chicken base. Stir to dissolve. Add celery, carrots, onions, spinach and basil. Simmer 10 minutes
Add meatballs, chicken and cooked spaghetti.
This recipe yields 1 gallon.
