Turkey Tetrazzini

Pure and Simple Cookbook
This is a one dish meal and is one of our family's FAVORITE'S!!!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Onion-chopped
- 1 stalk Celery-chopped
- 2 C. Cubed Cooked Turkey/Chicken
- 6 oz Spaghetti noodles-thin
- 1 ) 10 oz can Cr. Mushroom Soup
- 1 ) 10 oz can Cr of Chicken Soup
- 2.5 C Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese
- Paprika

Servings 8
Preparation
Step 1
Melt Butter in large skillet.
Add onion & celery, cook until transparent.
Place turkey over mixture, add spaghetti.
Combine soups, broth, salt & pepper in medium bowl; pour over spaghetti. Arrange mushrooms on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Paprika.
Cook, covered over high heat until steam escapes.
Reduce heat to simmer; cook for 30 minutes.
Stir and serve
