Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 6 oz Vermicelli
  • 1 small onion; chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can of Consommé beef soup
  • 1 can of water (10 1/2 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in pan and add rice, vermicelli, onion and Worcestershire sauce

Brown ingredients

Butter casserole pan and pour mixture into pan; add consommé and water; stir

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
