Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 c. panko crumbs
- 1 egg white
- 2 T minced scallions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- Zest, one lemon
- 1 T. canola oil

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients exc oil
2. Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
