Preparation

Step 1

Pour gin into a 3-cup or larger pitcher. Add the green tea bags and allow it to infuse at room temperature at least an 1 hour.

When ready to serve remove tea bags and add lime juice and citrus syrup; stir until well combined.

Add about 3 1/4 ounces to a cocktail shaker 2/3rds filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously; strain into an ice filled old-fashioned glass. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and drop it in. Repeat to make 6 cocktails total.
