Preparation
Step 1
•Prepare pancakes according to package directions. This should make 12 pancakes. On four dinner plates, stack 2 pancakes each.
•For bunny's face, arrange 2 raisins for eyes, cherry for nose and licorice for mouth.
•Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with raisins.
Tip: To make the best pancakes: Don't over mix the batter. Leave a few lumps in it. Make sure the griddle is hot. A few drops of water sprinkled on the surface should dance.Freeze extra pancakes. Place them on a baking sheet and freeze without stacking. Once frozen, place them in plastic freezer bags for up to 4 months.
