Ingredients
- For decoration:
- 1 pound chickpeas or ready made chickpeas can
- 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Chatta paste (spicy paste)
- 2 tablespoons Tahina
- Salt
- Red peppers flake
- Olive oil

Step 1
Boil the chickpeas and set them aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend on low for 3-5 minutes till the dip is smooth.
Place in a bowl and create a shallow well in the center of the hummus.
Add a small amount of olive oil on the surface and garnish with red peppers flake.
