Sausage Wreath

Forget holly, forget mistletoe, conifer, forget branches or pine cones or peppermint candies—this is a Christmas wreath made out of sausage.

Ingredients
- 2 packages seamless crescent roll dough
- 2 packages Elkridge smoked sausage links
- 8 slices cheese (I prefer Velveeta white queso slices)
- 1 red bell pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam.
Roll out dough and cut each roll into 8 squares.
Cut each slice of cheese in half.
Place 1 half slice of cheese and 1 smoked sausage on each piece of dough. Roll up and press seam together. Place on cookie sheet with sides touching to make your wreath.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Wash bell pepper & cut into strips. Make a bow. Attach to ring with a toothpick.
