Ingredients
- 2 Large Bell Peppers (one red & green)
- 2 Large Onions
- 6 Stalks Celery
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 2 Family Size Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Cajun spice for each lb of fish
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 Can Ro-tel (chopped tomatoes & peppers-available at Wal-Mart)
- 2 12 oz. Packages frozen Crawfish (I could only find them at Wal-Mart in the frozen fish department)
- 4 6oz. packages frozen langostinos (baby lobster tails-Price Chopper)

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté diced peppers, onions and celery in butter till onions are transparent. Add soup, ro-tel and water enough to make a good consistency. Heat through, but do not boil! Add thawed seafood and serve over white rice.
