Microwave Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
- 1 Tbs minced onion
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- Topping Mixture
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbs ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients then transfer to microwave-safe loaf dish
2. cook covered with paper towel or wax paper for 10 minutes on high
3. 3 minutes before it had completed cooking, top with the topping mixture and continue cooking
4. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
**Meat loaf can also be cooked in the oven at 350˚ for 45-60 minutes
