Ingredients
- 2 cans of lobstermeat
- 1 bag scallops (500g)
- 1 lb shelled shrimp
- 2 tbsp. flour (25 ml)
- 4 cups potatoes peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup water (250ml)
- 1 cup onions chopped (125 ml)
- 2 cups 10% cream ( 1l )
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- White cayenne pepper yo give a bit of a bite
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine (50 ml)
- 1 can lobster pate or paste
- 1 can cream of potato soup

Step 1
If frozen thaw lobster, reserving the lobster juice.Remove any bits of shell or cartilage and cut into bit size pieces. Set aside
In a heavy saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add potatoes and enough water to cover bringing to a boil. Cook until tender. add seafood and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add cream, milk,lobster juice, shrimp and seasonings.Add potato soup and 2 tbsp. cornstarch and stir gently and server.
May garnish with paprika and chopped parsley when served.
