Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb seafood of choice
  • 1.5 cup of water
  • 1.5 cup of brown long grain rice (using rice cooker measuring cup)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning (may substitute various other spices of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
