Leftover Steak & Sausage Stew

Ingredients

  • Leftover Grilled Steaks
  • Leftover Grilled Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage
  • 4 Red Potatoes
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1 quart Swanson Beef Broth
  • 1 can Carrots (I like to use the whole fingerling)

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Pour beef broth into large pan & heat on high.
Toss in stewed tomatoes & chopped onion.
Peel & cut potatoes into bite size cubes & add to mixture.
Cut up steak into bite size squares & slice sausage. Add both to soup.
Pour water off of carrots & add to soup.
Boil about 5 minutes & reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour. Stir once in awhile.
Serve hot with rolls or cornbread.
