Ingredients
- Chile Garlic Mayonnaise:
- 1 cup small shrimp (41/50)
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup chile garlic sauce (look in Asian aisle of grocer)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cornstarch and bread crumbs. Dredge shrimp in mixture. Fry for 45-60 seconds in 350 degree fryer.
Toss in chili garlic mayonnaise.
Garnish with cilantro.
