Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (12oz.) can beer (your choice, I used Genesee Beer)
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix dry ingredients & beer
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Pour melted butter over the mixture
Bake 1 hour, remove from pan & cool for at least 15 minutes
