- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound ahi tuna, cubed
- 2 to 3 scallions
- 3 ounces Vidalia onion, diced
