- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 lb ground pork
- 6 Tbs grated onion
- 1/2 cup dry parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs black pepper
- 3 tsp. paprika
- 1 TBs coriander
- 3 Tbs Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. divide into smaller packages or shape into patties and brown lightly before freezing for quick serve.
