Persian Lamb
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves crushed 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 6 lean lamb chops
- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade
Combine the mint, yogurt, garlic, and pepper
Put the chops in non porous dish and rub all over with the
lemon juice
Pour the marinade over chops Cover and marinate for 2-3 hrs
Cook the lamb over medium BBQ turning once.
