Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. leftover turkey removed from bones and in small pieces
  • leftover stuffing, enough for "crust"
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
  • any leftover vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded mozerella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of sage
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme and basil
  • pinch seasoned salt

Step 1

mix soup and broth together, until well blended, add turkey pieces and vegetables, stir together to coat.
pour into a baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top, then top with stuffing. bake until hot and bubbly.
serve hot.
