Step 1
Bake eggs in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Remove with tongs and place in bath of ice water immediately
You can do 1 or 24 eggs, time and temperature remain the same.
Eggs are easy to peel, no sticking.
NOTE: Place them on their side on a mini muffin pan (on their sides yolks stay in the middle)
