- Sauce:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Duck sauce
- vinegar
- ketchup
- garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Dry shrimp completely. 3 Inches of shortening, temperature at 375. Beat until smooth. Dip shrimp 1 by 1 in batter for 5 minutes.
