Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon gound cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt, but I use much less
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 bunch scallions, white and light green parts sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, shape mixture into golf ball size meatballs and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Broil until cooked through, turning once, About 10 min total.

(The original recipe said 6-8 min. but that never worked for me.)
