Crab Meat Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounces can crab meat
- 1/4 cup fine cut celery
- 2 tablespoons fine cut green peppers
- 1 tablespoon pimiento, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 hard-cooked egg
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Flake crab meat; add celery, green pepper, pimiento, salt, pepper, and sliced hard-cooked egg. Last, add mayonnaise, and blend well.
Lobster or shrimp may be substituted for crab meat.
Serve on lettuce cups with Thousand Island or French dressing, seperately.
