Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy saice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 sliced green onion
- 4 (5-6oz) salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix the first 6 ingredients.
Place fillets in a large resealable plastic bag; pour marinade over salmon and turn to coat.
Refrigerate 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove salmon; discard marinade.
Grill 6 - 8 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
Serve over rice.
