Ingredients

  • 40 chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup hot pepper sauce (such as
  • Frank's RedHot(r)
  • 1/4 cup or less "Daves Insanity" sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Butter, Hot Sauces, Brown Sugar and bring to a slow boil

Mix remaining dry ingredients in plastic bag

Ensure wings are DRY, toss in bag and shake to evenly coat all wings

Place on a try and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour

Cook wings in the boiling sauce for atleast 20 min, pull out wings and set aside, repeate as needed until you have gone through all wings

Pre-Heat oven to 400

Cook wings on lowest rack in a baking pan or drip rack for about 15-20 minutes turning once.
