Honey Mustard Chicken and Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken(maybe 3 cups)
  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns(30oz)

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350.

IN a large bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, honey, and mustard together. Stir in chicken and hash browns. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and bake 40-50 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around edges.
