Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp mild curry
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup chicken stock (1 bullion cube in 1 cup hot water)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Melt buuter; blend in onion and curry; saute lightly. Stir in flour and seasonings; cook over low heat.
Stir in broth and milk; return to heat and cook another minute. Add shrimpl stirn in lemon juice.
Pour over hot rice and enjoy.
