  • 4 - 6 thick slices smoked gouda cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Step 1

Form the lamb around the cheese to make 4 to 6 patties. Season with salt and pepper and grill, broil, or pan-fry until browned on both sides and firm to the touch, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serves 4 to 6.
