Ingredients
- 16 ounces backfin or jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay
- 1/2 cup plain fine bread crumbs (Panko works well)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the crab meat. Gently fold in crab meat, careful not to break lumps. Shape into cakes and fry or broil.
