Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbls corn meal
  • 1 1/2 tbls flour
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, corn meal, flour salt and butter. Mix eggs into that mixture. Mix in vinegar and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until solid. Do not bake until surface is cracked or too brown.
