Ingredients
- Add if desired:
- 1 lb. Crab Meat
- 2 slices white bread crumbled w/
- crusts removed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tsp Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay is
- best)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except crab meat in medium bowl. Fold in crab meat and chill for 1 hour. Form into 3 oz patties and sautee on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
