Ingredients
- 4 TBS butter
- 1 large shallot
- 4 TBS flour
- 3 C. milk
- 2 TBS Old Bay
- 1 8-oz cream cheese
- 2 C. grated mancheco
- 1 C cheddar cheese
- 2 TBS parsley
- 3 - 4 TBS sherry
- elbow mac
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- breakcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Melt butter, cook shallots. Add flour and made roux. Add milk then Old Bay and cream cheese. Cook. Add cheeses. Add sherry. Stir sauce into mac. Add Crab. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs.
Cook 20 minutes.
