- Sauerkraut
- Fat Back
- Onions
- Fennel Seeds
- Ketchup
- Kielbasa

Preparation
Step 1
Wash & rinse sauerkraut thoroughly. Fry the fat back & add onions. Put sauerkraut & a small amount of ketchup (for color) into pot. Slice kielbasa & put in pot also. Cook until kielbasa is done.
