Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges (use one for sauce and reserve one for serving)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 T. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 4 lb unpeeled, large raw shrimp
  • french bread

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.

Stir together first 9 ingredients. Mix well with shrimp and put on 2 large cookie sheets, making sure shrimp is in a single layer.

Bake for 8-10 minutes just until shrimp turn pink. Discard bay leaves. Serve with lemon wedges and french bread.
