- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 oz. dry vermouth

Step 1
Sauté shrimp in olive oil, salt, and pepper over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Raise heat and add vermouth and lemon juice, stirring constantly until done, 1 to 2 minutes.
