Bread Machine Pizza Dough

This pizza dough is super easy to bring together, and once you pull your homemade pizza out of the oven, you'll never want to call delivery again!
Ingredients
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups flour (all white, or 2 cups white & 1 cup wheat)
- 2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast, or 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Add the water and olive oil to the bread machine bowl. Add the whole wheat and white flours. With a spoon, create a well in the flour for the yeast. Add the yeast into the well, being careful to not let the yeast touch any water.
Add the sugar, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
Set to the dough cycle on the bread machine.
Once finished, knead with any extra flour until soft like baby’s skin, then roll out onto a clean, dry and lightly floured surface.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt, if desired. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes one 16-inch thick-crust pizza or two 8-inch thin-crust pizzas.
