Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball
If you like buffalo chicken dip you'll love these Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls. Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce (I like Frank’s)
- 1 package (80ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar and gouda cheeses, shredded, for rolling in

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, jalapeno and hot sauce
Form into a ball, and then roll in the cheeses to coat.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least an hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers, or chopped vegetables.
