Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tb Mustard (powder)
- 1 tb Worcheshire Sauce
- 2 tb Curry Powder
- 1 tb minced garlic
- 2 Scallions (or green onion)chopped
- 1/4 c red bell pepper ( finely chopped)
- 1/4 c yellow bell pepper ( finely chopped)
- 1/4 c onion chopped
- 1/2 c parsley
- 1 LB crabmeat
- salt & pepper
- 1 c panko bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Whip eggs and Mayo.
Add mustard through parsley.
Mix well
Add crab, lightly process in food processor
Add panko last, hand toss.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Make patties by hand.
Brown in butter and place on cookie sheet. Brown further in oven.
