Grilled Sausages In Pita Bread

Ingredients
- 20 sausages -- Halved crosswise
- 2 5oz bags mixed greens
- assorted mustard's

Preparation
Step 1
Grill Italian sausage until cooked through about 10 minutes.
Transfer sausage to platter. Cover to keep warm.
Arrange pita halves in 2 stacks and wrap in foil. Place foil packets on grill to warm pitas about 10 minutes.
Fill pita halves with lettuce.
Place grilled sausage in pita on top of lettuce.
Serve with mustard
Tomato-basil salsa
Pinapple-jalapeno relish
