Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 ) 16oz pkg frozen mixed Vegetables
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper and Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat until sizzling. Cook ground turkey until browned about 5-6 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Add meat to a greased 4 quart slow cooker. Saute onion and garlic until softened, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add to the slow cooker.

Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Serve with crackers
